Yo!? What’s happenin’? Your neighborhood hope dealers here, have you ever had a dream or a goal? Yeah, we thought so. Of course you have! We all have dreams, goals, aspirations, and plans. But along with those, we also face struggles, hurdles, mistakes, and setbacks. Ever feel tired of fighting the same old battles, the ones that never seem to end or be fully conquered? We get it. Life never lets up. There's a constant barrage of uncertainties and challenges around every corner. 

We’d love to say that someday a magical switch will be flipped and life will be all rainbow farts and unicorns. But here are two absolute truths: 

1) It never gets easier. 

2) No one really knows what the hell they're doing. Some of us just keep pushing forward, shoveling through the mess to make a way. 

Life doesn’t get easier; what changes is our outlook, strength, wisdom, clarity, self-worth, confidence, and our definition of joy. 

Over time, we’ve learned that consistent effort, no matter how small, goes a long way. In a world obsessed with instant gratification, we need to slow down and enjoy the ride along the Small Wins Blvd. of life. There will always be another challenge after the current one- you can bank on it. Adapt, understand, apply, overcome, and conquer—that’s how you get where you want to go. 

Hell, that’s how we got here! By taking life head-on, celebrating our W’s, and learning from our losses; The real goal every day is to just being a slightly better version of ourselves than we were the day before.
